When it comes to helping our clients achieve results, our private training options are the backbone for success. Choose from 4, 8 or 12 training sessions per month.

You will also receive personalized private training sessions, with workouts designed based upon the results of your initial assessment and analysis, AND access to the THGR Fitness Mobile App to take your workouts with you on the go.

Semi-Private Training

With our semi-private personal training sessions, you receive the personalized guidance of a certified personal trainer, while training side by side with other driven training mates.

Online Personal Training

Work together with a certified fitness professional to develop a comprehensive plan just for you. Concerned about performing the exercises properly? No need to worry. Each part of your workout includes video based instruction for each specified exercise.
