James Sanders is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with the American Council on Exercise. He works with a passion for helping others achieve and exceed their health & fitness goals. He is an extremely driven individual that lives by a true belief that if you train hard, you will get results.
James specializes in helping others to make fitness a true part of a busy lifestyle. Having successfully fought his own battles with injury, illness, and unhealthy weight gain, James is able to truly empathize with his clients. He utilizes a truly positive attitude & supportive approach, combined with specific, purposeful and dynamic training methods to keep training sessions engaging and impactful.
Along with leading his clients to achieving sustainable results, he focuses on maintaining his own health & fitness level. Rather than simply coaching on what to do, James makes sure to live as an example of what right looks like.
