Transformation Tuesday

Today’s #TransformationTuesday is myself. I’ve told my fitness story online multiple times, so I won’t go into full detail here. In short, I reached my heaviest and unhealthiest weight & body composition exactly 1 year and 4 months ago. I let “life happen”, and removed my health as a priority. Thanks to some inspiration and challenges place, I started a new journey (Thanks Jonathan​ and Les, even though he’s not on FB). I’ve been pushing myself ever since, and made the decision to help others do the same. I’ve set goals, achieved them, and then set new goals.

I’ve often had people say to me that they wish they had my drive/determination. I’m just a regular guy that decided to make my life a priority.
