T.H.G.R. Fitness 14 Day Challenge

Peace everyone. I’d like to announce the first ever T.H.G.R. Fitness Challenge!! This challenge will be a total Body Weight Challenge, which means it requires 0 gym equipment. What you will need is your body, a will to succeed, excitement, energy, and a willingness to interact & engage with others. This will be an interactive challenge, where everyone will push each other and drive each other to succeed. So share it with everyone you know (use ‪#‎THGRFitnessChallenge‬) to make the challenge even more fun. The challenge begins on Monday, August 17th. Simply click the link below, complete ALL PARTS of the survey, click submit, and prepare to challenge yourself to get up and get moving.
